Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful 1-hour session of hands-on or hands-off energy healing that helps you feel calmer, lighter, and more balanced — often in ways you didn’t expect. Clients often share that they feel “like a weight lifted,” “more relaxed than ever,” or that unexpected emotions and memories surface in a safe, supported way. This deeply intuitive session helps your system unwind, release what it’s been holding, and reconnect to a sense of clarity and inner peace. During your 1-hour session, either in person or from the comfort of your own home, you’ll lie fully clothed in a quiet, nurturing space while I gently place my hands either lightly on or just above your body. As I channel healing energy, your system begins to soften, unwind, and let go of what it’s been holding onto for far too long. This coaching add-on offers a safe, grounded space to talk through whatever you’re carrying — whether it surfaced during your session or has been building for years. Together, we connect the dots, bring clarity to what’s been keeping you stuck, and unravel the deeper layers affecting your life. It’s a supportive, intuitive conversation that helps you understand yourself on a deeper level. Healing doesn’t happen in one layer — and sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come when you finally have space to process what’s been building inside you for years. This 30–60 minute Personal & Spiritual Coaching add-on gives you dedicated time to talk through whatever has been weighing on you, whether it surfaced during your session or has been quietly affecting your life for a long time. Using a specialized deck of RoHun cards, the session reveals the core belief or wound that is ready to heal, whether it began in this lifetime or carries roots from a past one. Together, we explore how this pattern formed, how it has influenced your choices, and how to clear it through awareness and energy healing. A RoHun session is a guided journey into the deeper emotional and energetic layers of your inner world. Color & Sound Healing is a gentle, restorative session that uses the vibrational tones of tuning forks and the energetic frequencies of color to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony. As you rest comfortably, soothing sound vibrations and color-infused oils work together within your energy field to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and restore balance. This session promotes deep relaxation and emotional renewal. A Color & Sound Healing session gently guides your system back into alignment through the combined vibrational power of sound and color. As you rest on the table, tuning forks are used around the body to create steady, soothing frequencies that help your nervous system settle and your energy field soften. At the same time, color pomanders — healing oils infused with specific color frequencies — are lightly misted onto my hands and woven into your session to introduce the emotional and energetic qualities associated with each color. These frequencies interact within your energy field, working together to dissolve tension, balance your energetic centers, and encourage emotional release.
